Wanna Serve?

Worship Service

Greeters – friendly people who will greet and direct people in the parking lot and in the building

Ushers – friendly people who will hand out bulletins and help with minor details during the worship service

Sound/Video booth – assist with souond and video presentations during the service, also may require a mid-week rehearsal

Worship Leaders – singers, readers and occasional other leaders for the worship service

Child Care Workers – work with others to ensure a safe and happy place for infants through preschoolers

Sunday School

Teachers– teachers for all age levels – infants through senior adults, literature is provided

Youth – small group leaders

Children – helpers, singers, drama people

Student Ministry

Helpers – extra sets of hands, set up, clean up

Chaperones – drive and supervise youth on mini-trips away from the building


FX/Wednesday Nights

Set-up – set up dining area, stage and seating areas

Clean –up – clean up dining area, stage and seating areas

Cooks – working with others, prepare food for those attending, menus will be set and people must sign up so we know how much food to prepare, clean up kitchen

Actors – prepare, rehearse, and perform for FX when you assigned, not necessarily every week

Helpers– greet, direct, and help as needed


River City Athletics – fitness leaders, coaches, scorekeepers/timekeepers, team sponsors, set-up and clean-up helpers, snacks

Prayer – prayer groups, presently one meets on Mondays at 11:00 a.m.

Mission Trips – recently took a trip to Belize, expect to take more, hopefully annually

Cottingham – once a month ministry at Cottingham Retirement Center, provide snacks, sing, devotional

Stitchers – mostly senior adults who make items for Children’s Hospital patients
